Current Trading Arrangements

Due to the uncertainty as to whether or not we will be closed down due to the effects of this vile virus, we are open today (23rd March) until 5.30pm. In the event that we are forced to close soon, we will be taking orders over the phone (ring my mobile number if the shop phone is not answered 0413936176). Payment will be by credit card and we will package your order for collection or postage. We are expecting a delivery of All Inn fresh wort kits later this week. Jindabyne Brewing Northern English Brown Ale will be available next week.
If you send me a message either by messenger or email, I will contact you when All Inn and Jindabyne stock arrives.

Tumut River Brewing Co Wort Kits Have Arrived

Ray from Tumut River Brewing Co just dropped off another fresh batch of their Hitchhikers Australian Pale Ale wort kits, and when I say fresh I mean fresh, these babies are still hot!! We were going to get something different from them this batch but the feedback on the first Hitchhikers was so good that we had to get it again for everyone wanting more and those who missed out. Thanks again guys!

All Grain Brewing Demo August 18th

Colin and I are performing an all-grain brewing demo at 9am on Sunday the 18th of August in front of the shop. Colin will be using his Braumeister, I’ll either be using my Guten or RoboBrew (probably the Guten and using the RoboBrew for our sparge water). We should be finished around lunch time at which point we’ll most likely indulge in some beer research/development/quality assurance. All are welcome, no reservations are needed but please let us know via email or facebook if you’re coming so we have an idea of attendance numbers, also let me know which unit (Guten or RoboBrew) you would prefer to see in action if you have a preference.
