Fresh wort kits

Wort kits are a fantastic way to keep you and your friends supplied with craft beer at home without breaking the bank account. The fresh wort comes in a 15L cube straight from the craft brewery. All you need to do is pour it into your fermenter, add 5L of water, put your yeast in, seal your fermenter and let the yeast go to work. The final step is either keg it or bottle it and enjoy!

From Zierholz brewery we currently have:

Crafted from prized British Maris Otter, Crystal and premium German Munich malts, this English Style Pale Ale combines fresh, fruity and zesty New Zealand hops and a biscuity malt with caramel sweetness followed by an appetizingly dry finish.

From Tumut River Brewing Co. we currently have:

Hitchhikers is a more complex beer than the flavour may lead you to believe but that’s the beauty of a well-designed complex beer, it’s not complex to drink. So the next time you find yourself trapped in the airlock of a ship in the Vogon constructor fleet, Don’t Panic, grab your towel, have a beer and prey that our infinite improbability drive manages to keep us from getting sued…
The Bad Mofo is our take on a West Coast IPA. A big, American style ale which is fairly bitter at 80 IBUs and with large amounts of dry hops in fermentation for a crisp aromatic citrus hop hit which is balanced out by strong malt backbone. In brewing this beer, we mainly used Munich from Voyager Craft Malt in the Riverina region of NSW and some locally grown Rye corn for a unique rye malt taste. Predominant hops are US Mosaic and El Dorado. If you’re into big, traditional IPAs – this is the bad mofo for you!
Our Full Grunt APA is a fairly traditional American Pale Ale. Big hops, Big Bitter and a balanced malt profile. If you like big American Beers this should be right up your alley.

From All Inn Brewing Co we currently have:

An excellent introduction to Mosaic hops in a simple, clean, and only moderately bitter beer. Mango, pine, citrus and stonefruit notes.
Built for surviving and thriving in the heat. A restorative concoction with a touch of wheat malt, uplifted by modern Australian hop varieties.
Nevermind its mechanical appearance, Clockwork is a soulful porter with coffee and chocolate flavours combined with subtle earthy and woody characters for added complexity. Brewed with no added extras, just a careful selection of seven different malts, it’s more than the sum of its parts.

This is a consequence of many things: of bucking the trends, ignoring the fashion, and working hard to make a rewarding, unpretentious beer with a lean, pale malt base and subtle bitterness – a pleasant surprise in this complex world. Whenever you need a crisp, dry lager, there will be Consequences.
A [smooth] [creamy] luxurious stout, which [balances] juxtaposes [bitter] [spicy] piquant English hops and a [sweet] subtly saccharine [dose] scintilla of [milk sugar] lactose.
An excellent introduction to Citra hops in a simple, clean, and only moderately bitter beer. Citrus, grapefruit, lychee, passionfruit and melon notes.
A little sleight of hand sneaks an enjoyable amount of passionfruit and pineapple flavours into a light and easy-going beer.
Sophisticated, yet simple. That’s our Mercenary. All smiles and flashes of gold, with just a little sweetness before the bitter finish. Strong hits of citrus and pine keep things fresh, bright and invigorating like an afternoon on a California gold course – but infinitely more accessible.
A nimble Japanese-style rice lager, born from a fusion of the traditional and the supermodern. Carefully honed, for balance and razor-sharp crispness.

Unexpectedly powerful, yet devastatingly graceful. Complex character, equipped with a super effective toolkit of trans-Pacific hop varieties.

Legbreaker takes to the field as a determined all-rounder, striking a well-practiced balance between sweet, malt biscuit flavour and the bitter hoppy wallops of generous doses of American Columbus, Centennial and Citra. Stand by for lashings of grapefruit, floral, and resinous characters.
A redshifted IPA with malt richness in overdrive and a gang of four powerful new world hop varieties to boldly go further.
New wave hops from New Zealand and Tasmania give bright citrus and berry aromas to this nimble and finely textured thirst quencher.

From Neighbourhood Brewing Co we currently have:

A beer style with an intense, tropical fruit aroma and flavour. A grain bill including rolled oats provides a full body and smooth flavour. Centennial and Mosaic hops have been used in the boil to provide a light bitterness.
Hazy or cloudy in appearance, light in colour with intense tropical fruit aroma and flavour. A smooth and creamy mouth feel with low to moderate bitterness. Both Citra and Ekuanot hops have been used heavy handedly. Dry hop to increase the flavours including hints of mango, citrus and tropical notes.
A super drinkable pale ale with low bitterness with a really clean and refreshing flavour. Subtle boil additions of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops have been used to create an easy drinking go to beer.
Even the non craft beer lovers like this one. Light in both colour and flavour a subtle amount of Magnum hops in the boil which give a light spicy flavour with a hint of citrus.
