A very high quality turbo yeast using only the absolute best ingredients for fast reliable fermenting under most temperature conditions. Produces a very high yield and clean smooth flavor.
24 hour variant of Willards Turbo Yeast is suitable for general use where extremes in temperature are NOT an issue.
Willards 48 hour Turbo Yeast is designed for use when regional temperature conditions have to be considered for both heat and cold.
Pure Turbo should be used where ultimate alcohol quality is of primary importance. Only use where cool air temperature can be maintained. A breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development making it possible to produce “triple distilled” quality alcohol in the home. It is essential to use Turbo Carbon with Triple Distilled Turbo Yeast.
Classic is the best all rounder Turbo Yeast, performing excellently under most conditions. Classic has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality. We recommend you use Turbo Carbon as it will significantly improve the performance of Classic 8 Turbo.
For use with the Air Still system. Contains all the ingredients to produce 10L of wash for distilling through the Air Still system. This pack does not contain any carbon blocks. These are available separately in packs of 10 blocks.
