Our Easter weekend trading hours for 2019 are:
Friday 19th : CLOSED
Saturday 20th : CLOSED
Sunday 21st : CLOSED
Monday 22nd : CLOSED
Thursday 25th (ANZAC day) : CLOSED

I should be able to do a brew on the Friday and have it fermented out by the Monday using the WLP4045 yeast, that yeast is just insane! Hope you all have a great long weekend and manage to get a brew in!
